With over a quarter billion square feet of construction, engineering, and management under his
belt, Jason Bush of Kraemer Consulting Engineers (KCE) has solved a lot of problems for his
clients by finding just the right product for their situation. As a LEED accredited professional, Bush
has been responsible for a wide range of projects from high-rise office buildings to industrial
facilities.

For this project, KCE was tasked by a global beverage company to help solve a unique challenge
for their flagship brewing and storage facility in Glendale, AZ. They needed to maintain a
temperature of 72 °F with a variance of only 0.5 degrees from the top to the bottom of their floor-
to-ceiling storage racks. Air conditioning alone could not solve the problem, since warmer air
rises, leading to a large temperature variance from floor to ceiling.
